Collows Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Collows game and its online services ("Collows"). By using Collows you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Collows.
1. Who we are
Collows is developed and operated by Tarık Yetgin ("we"). Contact: collows.dev@gmail.com
2. What Collows is
Collows is a two-player board game played on a grid of numbered squares. You can play a random opponent in Quick Match, play friends in private rooms, and play the AI without an internet connection. Collows is free and contains no ads.
Online games need an internet connection and our servers. We may change or improve Collows, remove a feature, or stop the service. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.
3. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Collows. If you are under the age required where you live, you may use Collows only with your parent's or guardian's permission.
4. Your account
- As a guest you can play right away. A guest account exists only on that device: if you delete the app or lose your device before linking a Google account, your guest account and progress cannot be recovered.
- If you sign in with Google, your account is linked to your Google account and you can continue on another device.
- You are responsible for your account. Do not use someone else's account, and do not sell or transfer yours.
5. Your display name
Other players see your display name. It can be 1 to 20 characters long, cannot contain @, # or links, and can be changed once every 7 days. Your name must not:
- impersonate anyone, or use a brand or a person's name that is not yours;
- contain insults, hate speech, sexual content, violence or illegal content;
- contain personal information (a phone number, address or email).
We may hide or remove a name that breaks these rules.
6. Rules of conduct
When you use Collows, do not:
- insult, harass or threaten other players;
- cheat: use a modified app, software that plays for you, exploit bugs to your advantage, or use more than one account to change results;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to our servers;
- use Collows for anything illegal.

7. Online matches
- Time: every move has a time limit. When the time runs out, the server makes a random move for you. In Quick Match, if your time runs out three times in a row, you lose the match.
- Connection: if your connection drops, we wait a short time (currently 30 seconds) for you to reconnect. If you do not return in time, you lose the match. The same applies to your opponent.
- Bots: in Quick Match, if no other player is waiting, we may match you with an opponent played by the computer (a bot). Bots are always marked with 🤖, and bot matches are counted separately in your statistics.
- Records: the result, score and settings of each match are recorded; your statistics and other players' match history with you come from these records. See the privacy policy for details.
8. Reports and enforcement
You can report and block a player in the app. We review reports; we do not tell the reported player who reported them.
If an account breaks these terms, we may hide its name, or suspend or close the account temporarily or permanently. For serious or repeated violations we may do so without notice. To appeal a decision, write to collows.dev@gmail.com.
9. Purchases
There are no purchases in Collows today. If we later sell cosmetic items (boards, frames, avatars, emotes, badges), we will publish additional terms for them; nothing that affects the outcome of a game will ever be sold.
10. Our rights
The Collows name, logo, design, code and content belong to us. We give you a personal, non-commercial right to use Collows as long as you follow these terms. This right cannot be transferred and ends if you break these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute Collows, except where the law expressly allows it.
You give us the permission we need to show your display name to other players.
11. Deleting your account and termination
You can stop using Collows at any time. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or through the steps at collows.app/delete-account. The privacy policy explains what is deleted and what stays in anonymous form.
If you break these terms, we may close your account (section 8). If we shut down the service entirely, we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.
12. Liability
Collows is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or progress, interruptions of the service, or the behaviour of other players. These limits do not exclude our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law.

How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy: collows.app/privacy
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce important changes in advance in the app or on collows.app. If you keep using Collows after a change, you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers may also apply, within the legal limits, to the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer court where they live.

Bu koşullar, Collows oyununu ve onun çevrimiçi hizmetlerini ("Collows") kullanmanızı düzenler. Collows'u kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Collows'u kullanmayın.

2. Collows nedir
Collows, iki kişilik, sayılı karelerden oluşan bir tahta oyunudur. Hızlı Maç ile rastgele bir rakiple, özel odalarda arkadaşlarınızla, yapay zekâya karşı da internet olmadan oynayabilirsiniz. Collows ücretsizdir ve reklam içermez.
Çevrimiçi oyunlar internet bağlantısı ve sunucularımız gerektirir. Collows'u değiştirebilir, geliştirebilir, bir özelliği kaldırabilir ya da hizmeti durdurabiliriz. Kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.
3. Yaş
Collows'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Bulunduğunuz ülkede gereken yaşın altındaysanız Collows'u ancak velinizin izniyle kullanabilirsiniz.
4. Hesabınız
- Misafir olarak hemen oynayabilirsiniz. Misafir hesabı yalnız o cihazdadır: Google hesabına bağlamadan uygulamayı silerseniz ya da cihazınızı kaybederseniz misafir hesabınız ve ilerlemeniz geri getirilemez.
- Google ile giriş yaparsanız hesabınız Google hesabınıza bağlanır ve başka cihazda da devam edebilirsiniz.
- Hesabınızdan siz sorumlusunuz. Başkasının hesabını kullanmayın, hesabınızı satmayın ya da devretmeyin.
5. Görünen adınız
Diğer oyuncular görünen adınızı görür. Ad 1-20 karakter olabilir; @, # ve bağlantı içeremez; 7 günde bir değiştirilebilir. Adınız:
- başkasının kimliğine bürünemez, size ait olmayan bir marka ya da kişi adını kullanamaz;
- hakaret, nefret söylemi, cinsellik, şiddet ya da yasa dışı içerik barındıramaz;
- kişisel bilgi (telefon, adres, e-posta) içeremez.
Bu kurallara uymayan bir adı gizleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.
6. Davranış kuralları
Collows'u kullanırken şunları yapmayın:
- diğer oyunculara hakaret, taciz ya da tehdit;
- hile: değiştirilmiş uygulama, oyunu sizin yerinize oynayan yazılım, hataları kendi lehinize kullanma, sonuçları değiştirmek için birden fazla hesap;
- sunucularımıza saldırı, aşırı yük bindirme ya da yetkisiz erişim denemesi;
- Collows'u yasalara aykırı bir amaçla kullanma.

7. Çevrimiçi maçlar
- Süre: her hamlenin bir süresi vardır. Süre dolunca sunucu sizin yerinize rastgele bir hamle yapar. Hızlı Maç'ta süreniz üst üste üç kez dolarsa maçı kaybedersiniz.
- Bağlantı: bağlantınız koparsa yeniden bağlanmanız için kısa bir süre (bugün 30 saniye) bekleriz. Bu sürede dönmezseniz maçı kaybedersiniz. Rakibiniz için de aynısı geçerlidir.
- Botlar: Hızlı Maç'ta bekleyen bir oyuncu yoksa sizi bilgisayarın oynadığı bir rakiple (bot) eşleştirebiliriz. Botlar her zaman 🤖 işaretiyle gösterilir ve bot maçları istatistiklerinizde ayrı sayılır.
- Kayıtlar: maçların sonucu, skoru ve ayarları kaydedilir; istatistikleriniz ve diğer oyuncuların sizinle oynadığı maçlar bu kayıtlardan gelir. Ayrıntılar gizlilik politikasında.
8. Şikayet ve yaptırımlar
Bir oyuncuyu uygulamadan şikayet edebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikayetleri inceleriz; şikayet edilen oyuncuya kimin şikayet ettiğini söylemeyiz.
Bu koşulları çiğneyen bir hesabın adını gizleyebilir, hesabı geçici ya da kalıcı olarak kapatabiliriz. Ağır ya da tekrarlanan ihlallerde önceden haber vermeden kapatabiliriz. Kararımıza itiraz etmek için collows.dev@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
9. Satın almalar
Collows'ta bugün satın alma yoktur. İleride görünüm eşyaları (tahta, çerçeve, avatar, emote, rozet) satılırsa bunlar için ek koşullar yayınlarız; oyunun sonucunu etkileyen hiçbir şey satılmaz.
10. Haklarımız
Collows'un adı, logosu, tasarımı, kodu ve içeriği bize aittir. Size Collows'u kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, bu koşullara uyduğunuz sürece kullanma hakkı veririz. Bu hak devredilemez ve koşulların çiğnenmesi hâlinde sona erer. Collows'u kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislikle çözemez ya da yeniden dağıtamazsınız (yasaların açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında).
Görünen adınızın diğer oyunculara gösterilmesi için bize gereken izni verirsiniz.
11. Hesabın silinmesi ve sona erme
Collows'u istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Hesabınızı uygulamadan (Profil → Hesabı sil) ya da collows.app/delete-account sayfasındaki yolla silebilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde neyin silindiği ve neyin anonim olarak kaldığı gizlilik politikasında yazar.
Bu koşulları çiğnerseniz hesabınızı kapatabiliriz (bölüm 8). Hizmeti tamamen durdurursak bunu makul bir süre önceden duyururuz.
12. Sorumluluk
Collows olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı zararlardan, veri ya da ilerleme kaybından, hizmetin kesilmesinden ve oyuncuların davranışlarından sorumlu değiliz. Bu sınırlamalar kast ve ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluğumuzu ve tüketici olarak yasalardan doğan haklarınızı kaldırmaz.

Verilerinizi nasıl kullandığımız gizlilik politikasında anlatılır: collows.app/privacy
14. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişikliği uygulamada ya da collows.app'te önceden duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra Collows'u kullanmaya devam ederseniz yeni koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
15. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İzmir mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciler, yasal sınırlar içinde yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetine ve tüketici mahkemesine de başvurabilir.
